无痛肌肉注射的体会

Experiences of the Painless Muscle Injection

目的 注意选择肌肉注射的无痛部位 ,减轻患者痛苦。方法 将 2 0 0 0例肌注患者 ,随机分为观察组及对照组 ,所获数据经 χ2 检验。结果 观察组及对照组无痛率分别为 65%、 56.5% ,差异显著 (P <0 .0 0 5)。结论 选择肌肉注射无痛区 ,能够减轻患者痛苦 ,具体效果与否 。

Objective To study the painless area of muscle injection and reduce pain of patients. Methods 2000 patients were randomly divided into two groups: the therapeutic group and the control group,the data was tested by χ 2. Results The painless rate of the therapeutic guoup and the control group were 65% and 56.5% respectively, the differences between two groups were obvious (P<0.005). Conclusion To choose the painless area of muscle injection is able to reduce pain of patients.
