腰段椎间盘不同节段不同区域的胶原定量研究

Study on the collagen of the different region of disc anddifferent sigmental disc

以４具新鲜尸体椎间盘为标本，以胶原蛋白分解产生特有的羟脯氨酸为指标，对正常人椎间盘不同区域胶原含量进行了对比分析。结果表明：胶原含量纤维环明显高于髓核（Ｐ＜０．００１）；纤维环内层低于外层（Ｐ＜０．０５，Ｐ＜０．００１）；后外侧低于前外侧（Ｐ＜０．０５）；特别是后外侧内层胶原含量明显降低（Ｐ＜０．００１）。作者认为这可能是临床上后外侧型腰椎间盘突出症的重要原因之一。从Ｔ＿（１２）至Ｌ＿１胶原含量有逐渐增加趋势，但无统计学差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。

AbstractWith the method of the collagen decompositionproducting special hyoroxyprolines(HYP),the col-lagens of the different region of discs and different seg-mental discs were studied.The results were as follow:The fibrous annulus had a higher collagen content thandid the nucleus pulposus (P<0.001).In fibrous annu-lus, the inner region had a lower collagen content wasfound at the postolateral part of the fibrous annulus(P<0.05),especially at the poster-lateral inner zone(P<0.001 ).The local low-collagen content at the partic-ular location may be one of the factors,which was clin-ically susceptible to a disc herniation at the part.Anincreasing graduation of collagen content was foundfrom thoracic disc 12 to lumbar disc 5.But,there wasno statistically significant difference(P>0.05).
