双腔管冲洗引流加尿激酶溶解法治疗高血压性脑室出血

Double-cavitary Catheter Irrigation and Drainage Combined With Urokinase Clot Lysis to Treat Hypertensive Intraventricular Hemorrhage

目的 了解双腔管冲洗引流加尿激酶溶解法治疗高血压性脑室出血的效果。方法 双腔管冲洗引流加尿激酶溶解治疗高血压性脑室出血 30例作为治疗组 ,并以另外 30例行单纯脑室外引流术病人作为对照组 ,进行疗效评价 ,所获数据经 χ2 、t检验。结果 治疗组有效率、脑室通畅时间、住院天数均优于对照组 ,P均 <0 .0 5。结论 双腔管冲洗引流加尿激酶溶解法治疗高血压性脑室出血可促进脑室内血块溶解 ,避免颅内出血或血块形成 ,引流通过畅 ,廓清快 ,颅内压稳定。

Objective To investigate the effect of double-cavitary catheter irrigation and drainage combined with Urokinase (UK) clot lysis in the treatment of hypertensive intraventricular hemorrhage(HIVH). Methods Combine double- cavitary tube irrigation and drainage with UK clot lysis treating 30 patients with HIVH, other 30 patients with HIVH as the control group were treated by ventricular drainage simply,then evaluate the effects, and the data were tested with χ 2,t.Results The effective rate,time for restore ventricular passage and days in hospital of the therapeutic group were superior to the control group,(P<0.05). Conclusion Double-cavitary catheter irrigation and drainage combined with UK clot lysis is an effective way in the treatment of HIVH.
