The First Order Derivative Spectrophotmetry Measuring Content of Acetylspiramycin

目的 了解一阶导数分光光度法测定乙酰螺旋霉素片含量的准确度 ;方法 应用一阶导数分光光度法 ,测定乙酰螺旋霉素片的含量并与微生物检测法比较 ,所获数据经 χ2 检验 ;结果 四次样品测定比较P>0 .0 5,平均回收率为 99.7% ,RSD为 0 .2 9% ;结论 一阶导数分光光度法测定乙酰螺旋霉素片的含量与微生物检定法基本一致。

Objective To access the accuracy of the first order derivative spectrophotometry measuring content of acetylspiramycin.Methods Spectrophotometry was used to measure the content ofacetylspiramycin tablet and was compared with micro-biological test, the data were analysed statistically with X 2. Results Four samples were compared( P>0.05).The average recovery rate was 99.7%,RDS 0.29%. Conclusion The first order derivative spectrophotometry and micro-biological test show no difference in measuring content of acetylspiramycin.
