肾脏炎性假瘤23例报告

Report of 23 Cases of Renal Inflammatory Pseudotumour

目的 提高对肾脏炎性假瘤的临床认识 ,避免误诊误治。方法 回顾 2 3例肾脏炎性假瘤的临床资料。结果 由于对本病认识不足 ,本组 2 3例患者被误诊为“肾肿瘤” ,行肾切除术。结论 本病的诊断应以临床症状为主 ,结合影像学检查 ,特别是抗生素治疗前后的对比动态的观察 ,有助于对本病的明确诊断。

Objective To promote the clinical recognization of renal inflammatory pseudotumour and avoid misdiagnosing and treating mistakenly.Methods The clinical materials of 23 cases of renal inflammatory pseudotumour were reviewed retrospectively.Results 23 cases of renal inflammatory pseudotumour were misdiagnosed as renal tumour because of the lack of recognizing this disease,and nephrectomy were conducted.Conclusion The diagnosis of this disease should be mainly based on the clinical symptoms and combined with iconography examination,especially the comparison and dynamic observation before and after the antibiotic therapy was given.
