不典型阿托品中毒36例临床分析

Clinical Analysis of 36 Cases of Untypical Atrepine Poisoning

目的 探讨在有机磷农药中毒治疗中 ,不典型阿托品中毒的发生因素及诊治。方法 对不典型阿托品中毒者 36例 ,进行综合分析。结果 36例不典型阿托品中毒 ,全部发生于儿童、老年人及重度有机磷中毒患者。结论 不典型阿托品中毒与年龄及有机磷农药中毒程度有关 ,在儿童、老年人及重度有机磷中毒患者救治中 ,尤易发生。

Objective To study the frequently-occurring factors and treatment of untypical atrepine poisoning during the treatment of organic phosphorus farm chemical poisining.MethodsSynthetically analyse 36 cases of untypical atrepine poisoning in recent 2 years.ResultsSuch patients were all children,the aged and seriously organic phosphones poisoning people easily suffered from untypical atropine poisoning during the course of the treatment.ConclusionUntypical atrepine poisoning is connected with the age and organic phosphoras poisoning degrees.Much attention shoulld be paid to children, the aged and heavy ones.
