乐腹康胶囊与病毒唑治疗小儿轮状病毒性肠炎疗效观察

Observation of the Effect of Lefukong Capsules and Ribavirin Treating Rotavirus Enteritis

目的 观察乐腹康胶囊与病毒唑治疗小儿轮状病毒性肠炎的疗效。方法 将 2 54例轮状病毒性肠炎患儿随机分成两组 ,治疗组 12 8例用乐腹康胶囊与病毒唑联合治疗 ,对照组 12 6例 ,单纯用病毒唑治疗。结果 治疗组显效率、总有效率、止泻时间、3天后的Rv -Ag转阴率明显优于对照组 ,总有效率 93.8% ,经卡方检验 ,两组有显著差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 乐腹康胶囊与病毒唑治疗轮状病毒性肠炎 ,疗效肯定 ,值得推广。

Objective To observe the effect of Lefukong capules and ribavirin treating rotavirus enteritis.Methods Divide 254 cases into two groups:128 for the treatment group combining with Lefukong capsules and Ribavirin,126 for the control group using only Ribavirin.Results In the treatment group the agression rate, the total effective rate of 93.8%,the time of stopping diarrhea and negative-turning rate of Rv-Ag after three days were obviously better than those of the control group.There was significant difference (P<0.01) between the two groups.Conclusion The clinical effect of Lefukong capsules and Ribavirin treating rotavirus enteritis is good, and the method should be more widely used.
