中药散治慢性溃疡128例临床观察

Clinical Observation on Treatment of 128 Cases of Chronic Ulcer With Chinese Medicine Powder

目的 观察中药散治疗慢性溃疡的疗效。方法 对于 12 8例慢性溃疡患者给予中药散外用。浅部慢性溃疡每隔两天换药一次 ,5次为一个疗程 ,慢性骨髓炎是每周换药一次 ,3次为一疗程。结果 12 8例慢性溃疡患者 ,总治愈率达 89% ,有效率达 92 % ,愈后随访 ,无一例复发。结论 中药散外用治疗慢性溃疡具有显著的功效 ,较之单纯西医疗法更为理想。

Objective To observe the effect of Chinese medicine powder treating chronic ulcer.Methods 128 patients with chronic ulcer were treated with Chinese medicine powder for external use.Every two days dressing change once on chronic ulcer and five times was one course, dressing change once per week on chroic osteomyelitis,three times was a course of treatment.Results In 128 chronic ulcers the total cure rate was 89%,the effective rate 92%,following-up,no one reclapsed.Conclusion Chinese medicine powder for external use has better effect than western medicine in treating chronic ulcer.
