蝶形胶布在感染伤口中的临床应用

Clinical Application of Butterfly-shaped Adhesive in Infectious Wounds

目的 缩短感染伤口的愈合时间 ,缩小疤痕。方法 将 68例感染伤口在适应症范围内采用蝶形胶布固定 ,62例感染伤口在上法适应症基本相同的情况下 ,采用常规法换药处理。结果 使用蝶形胶布固定法换药的 68例中 ,61例伤口 7～ 10天愈合 ,7例 15～ 2 0天愈合。疤痕宽度 63例 <0 .3cm ,5例在 0 .5～ 2 .5cm之间 ;采用常规法换药的 62例中 ,11例伤口 7～ 10天愈合 ,51例 15～ 2 0天愈合 ,且疤痕宽度 59例在 0 .5～ 2 .5cm左右 ,3例 <0 .3cm。结论 通过比较看出 ,感染伤口采用蝶形胶布固定可缩短愈合时间 ,缩小疤痕。

Objective To contract the healing time and scars. Methods 68 cases with infectious wounds in suitable extent were fastened by butterfly-shaped adhesive; oither 62 cases with infectious wounds were treated by traditional methods. Results Among 68 cases with infectious wounds, 61 cases healed after 7～10 days, and 7 cases healed after 15～20 days, The scar width of 63 cases was less than 0.3cm and 5 cases of scars were from 0.5～2.5cm. Among 62 cases treated by traditional methods, there were 11 cases healed after 7 ～10 days and 51 cases healed after 15～20 days, 59 cases' width of scars were 0.5～2.5cm, the width of 3 case's scars was less than 0.3cm. Conclusion It can shorten the healing time and contract scars to fasten infectious wounds using butterfly-shaped adhesive.
