摘要
目的 探讨精神科开放病区实施整体护理的效果。方法 将精神科开放病区实施整体护理前 175例患者和实施整体护理后 189例患者的平均住院日、院内感染率、护理质量合格率、服务质量满意率进行比较 ,所获数据经 χ2 检验。结果 实施整体护理后比实施整体护理前院内感染率明显下降 ,其余各项目均有所提高。结论 在精神科开放病区推行整体护理明显优于传统的封闭护理。
Objective To explore the effect of holisticnursing in opening word of pschiatric department. Methods The average hospitalization, the infective rate in the hospital,the nursingqualified rate, the satisfied rate of service quality of 175 cases before the holisticnursing were compared with 189 cases after the holistic nursing. The data obtained were tested by χ 2. Results The infective rate after the holistic nursing was obviously decreased. Conclusion The holistic nursing in opening ward of pschiatric department has more advantages than that in closed nursing.
