角膜接触镜对角膜内皮与角膜知觉的影响

Effects o f contact lens wear on the corneal endothelium and sensitivity

用角膜内皮显微镜摄像及图形处理系统等检测了３８例（７４只眼）戴硬性或软性接触镜者的角膜内皮，同时对角膜中央知觉与厚度作了检查。结果表明，反映角膜内皮细胞形态与大小变化的六边形细胞出现率、细胞变异系数及最大与最小细胞比率与年龄性别匹配的未戴接触镜的对照组比较，差异均有显著性。戴镜史越长，内皮的改变越明显，角膜知觉也呈有意义的下降。并对其原因与临床意义作了讨论。

AbstractThecorneal endothelium of 38 contact lenswearers(74 eyes)and 74 normal eyes for control wasphotographed and analyzed with specular microscopyand the grapliic processing system. The central cornealsensitivity and thickness were also measured.The re-sults showed that thenequency rate of hexagonal cellsthat reflected the changes in endothelial cellmorphology and size, the coefficient of variation ofcell area,and the ratio of largest to smallest cell areasdiffered significantly from those of the control eyescomparable in age and sex distribution. The centralcorneal sensitivitv declined while the corneal thicknesswas not affected.Thecauses and clinical significance of endothelial changes were discussed.
