前列腺增生对前列腺特异性抗原血清浓度的影响

检测１１８例ＢＰＨ患者和２０例对照组血清ＰＳＡ和ＰＡＰ。发现３７．２９％（４４／１１８）的ＢＰＨ患者血清ＰＳＡ浓度高于正常，但与前列腺体积和患者年龄无关。前列腺按摩可使血清ＰＳＡ和ＰＡＰ浓度明显升高（Ｐ＜０．００１），１ｈ时达高峰，７ｈ开始下降，３～７天后恢复正常，建议血清ＰＳＡ和ＰＡＰ检测前１周内禁行前列腺指检。

It was found that about 37.29%(44/118)of BPH patients had an elevated serum prostatic specific antigen and there was no correlation between the serum PSA level and the prostatic volume or age of the patients,It was also found that serum PSA increasedsignificantly after prostatic massage(P<0.01)and it took about 3～7 days for the serum PSA to return to 11s former level and therefore it is suggested that no prostatic palpation should be undertaken before serum PSA assay.
