报道８例阴囊Ｐａｇｅｔ病，均行手术治疗并经病理检查证实。本病极易误诊为阴囊皮肤慢性湿疹，病理学检查可作出正确诊断，强调治疗６～８周无效的阴囊皮肤湿疹样改变者应早期活检，阴囊皮肤局部扩大切除术疗效满意。

cases of Paget disease of scrotum were successfully treated surgically and the diagnosis was comfirmed on pathological studies in all. The malignant lesion might be easily misdiagnosed as chronic eczema. Early biopsy and wide excision of the scrotal lesion were of prime importance. The etiology, diagnosis, treatment and prognosis were discussed.
