摘要
磁铁精矿的严重短缺是制约钢铁企业球团快速发展的一个重要因素,通过对南非HI磁铁精矿进行球团试验,结果表明:该矿具有良好的成球性、焙烧性能和冶金性能,与大部分的磁铁精矿相比,用该矿生产球团所需预热温度低,预热时间短。
Shortage of magnetite concentrate is a main factor influencing the pelletizing industry development in our country. In order to find out the appropriate iron-ore resources, the pelletizing test of HI magnetite concentrate from South Africa was conducted. The result shows that this concentrate is possessed of satisfactory balling property, induration property and metallurgical property, the pellet preheating temperature is lower than other magnetite and the preheating time is shorter.
