摘要
来自5位正常成人真皮的成纤维细胞分别用萱草花提取液(EHCB)、表皮生长因子(EGF)、以及 EHCB加 EGF处理7天。通过计算各组成纤维细胞数来分析成纤维细胞的增生。结果表明:EHCB能抑制成纤维细胞增生( P<0. 01),而 EGF却能增强成纤维细胞增生( P<0. 01)。有趣的是,在 EHCB加EGF组中成纤维细胞增生远不如EGF组中明显。并就EHCB及EGF对成纤维细胞增生作用的可能药理机制进行了讨论。
Human dermal fibroblasts from 5 normal adult donors were treated with EHCB, EGF, and EHCB combined with EGF for 7 days respectively.The fibroblast proliferation in each group was determined by counting the cell numbers. Our data indicate that EHCB inhibits the fibroblast proliferation(P <0. 01), whereas EGF enhances the fibroblast proliferation (P < 0. 01 ). Interestingly, in the group of EHCB plus EGF,fibroblast proliferation was far more slow than that in EGF group. The article also discusses the possible pharmacological mechanism of EHCB and EGF on fibroblast proliferation.
