手指“套式”皮瓣

手指套式皮瓣是指手指离断伤不宜再植时，从伤指残端软组织内自远端至近端行环状分离，两条指固有动脉包含在皮瓣内。分离长度可为伤指指根部周径的２／３，皮瓣游离后里套式．可前移１ｃｍ～１．５ｃｍ，覆盖伤指残端．本术式优点是能尽量保留伤指长度，不需用其他部位皮瓣转移修复，术后外形美观，残端感觉正常．详细介绍了手术方法、讨论了皮瓣的成活机理。

Abstract For treating variously sized and shaped traumatic finger amputaion,we designed and successfully applied a type of sleeve flap,which could both maintain the length and restore satisfactory contour without additional incisional scar.This operation is & simple and one-stage operation which can guarantee flap survival and normal sensibility.
