摘要
本文建立了完整的配筋砌块砌体结构在弹性阶段的完全相似模型和简单相似模型的相似性关系。指出了这种结构采取简单相似模型时各个组成材料的模型材料选取的注意事项。在理论分析的基础上首先进行了1/4比例的模型未灌孔砌块砌体、灌孔砌块砌体的受压和受剪性能试验,并对试验结果与现有规范公式进行了分析对比。试验结果表明,采用简单相似关系的模型试验,在合理选择模型材料的情况下,能够较真实地模拟原型砌体的各项基本力学性能。随后进行了两榀两层配筋砌块砌体剪力墙在不同竖向荷载下的单调加载受剪性能试验。试验研究表明,在无竖向力情况下,墙片的抗剪承载力比原型低6%;在竖向压应力约为1.5MPa的情况下,墙片的抗剪承载力比原型高8%,与原型墙试验总结的公式计算值基本吻合。本文研究对以后直接采用简单相似模型试验技术来进行高层配筋砌块砌体结构的研究奠定了试验和理论基础。
Integrated simple and complete model similarity theory of reinforced concrete block masonry structure are set up in this paper. Selection about model reinforced masonry materials is presented when simple similarity model is adopted in testing. Correlations between model and prototype results in basic strength characteristics of masonry prism are reported based on theoretical analysis. This includes axial compression, joint shear for ungrouted prisms and grouted prisms. Model test indicated that the structure adopting simple similarity model is in accord with the prototype masonry prism results. The monotonic shear test of two-story model reinforced masonry shear wall under different compressive forces was performed. The test results showed that the model structure agrees with the prototype masonry wall results. The shear bearing capacity of model structure is 6% less than that of the prototype structure without axial compressive force, and 8 % more than that of the prototype wall when the axial stress equals to 1.5MPa. Model test and theoretical study of adopting simple similarity model in this paper provide a base for further research on reinforced masonry multistory structure by direct use of this method.
