摘要
研究了温度对双眉虫生长繁殖的影响及其生存极限温度,结果表明该双眉虫在本试验条件下生存的极限高温为38℃,10℃以下仍可以存活。双眉虫在较低温度条件下生长繁殖受到抑制,随着温度的升高生长繁殖速度加快。试验还研究了不同起始密度对双眉虫生长繁殖的影响。
The effects of water temperature on growth and reproduction of Diophrys spp. were studied in chlorella culture fluid in laboratory. The results showed that the animal tolerated the maximum temperature of 38℃ and the minimum temperature of 10℃ in the experimental conditions The development and reproduction of the animal were inhibited at low temperature, and the development and reproduction of the animal became quick with the increasing temperature.
