类风湿性关节炎患者血清IL-2,TNF和CRP含量变化与临床意义

Changes and clinical significance of the levels of IL-2,TNF and CRP in serum in patients with rheumatoid arthritis

目的观察类风湿性关节炎(RA)患者在治疗前后血清中IL-2、TNF和CRP含量变化与临床意义。方法采用放射免疫分析技术。结果RA患者在治疗前RA活动期血中IL-2含量显著性降低(P<0.01),而TNF和CRP含量均显著增高(P<0.01)。结论在RA活动期及治疗后和缓解期对其进行血清检测IL-2,TNF和CRP含量,观察病情及早进行复发治疗具有重要的监控和临床价值。

[Objective] To observe the changes and clinical significance of the levels of IL-2, TNF and CRP in serum in patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) before and after treatment. [Method] Use radioimmouology measurement analytic technique. [Result] Patients with RA before treatment have obviously low IL-2 levels (P <0.01), but have apparently increased TNF and CRP levels (P<0.01). [Conclusion] To detect the levels of IL-2, TNF and CRP in serum in patients with RA in the active period, the period after treatment and the lysis of RA respectively, to closely observe the disease and have effective treatment to avoid its relapse, are both of clinically value.
