摘要
目的优选莲子心的最佳提取工艺条件。方法以甲基莲心碱转移率为评价指标,采用正交实验法对莲子心的提取工艺进行优选。结果最佳提取工艺条件为:莲子心药材用70%的乙醇回流提取2次,第1次6倍量,回流30min,第2次4倍量,回流30min。结论优选出的工艺科学合理。
[Objective] To optimize the extracting procedure of Plumula Nelumbinis. [Method] The orthogonal test was used to optimize extraction process of Plumula Nelumbinis with the extraction rate of neferine. [Result] The optimum exctracting procedure was as follows: Plumula Nelumbinis was extraxted with 70% alcohol for two times, with the solvent volume 6, 4 folds amount and refluxing for 30 minutes each time. [Conclusion] The optimum extracting procedure is scientific, reasonable and stable.
