前列腺解脲支原体感染对精液质量参数的影响

Relation between infection of prostate urealyticum ureaplasma and quality parameters of seminal plasma

目的探讨前列腺解脲支原体感染对精液质量参数的影响。方法共收集64份前列腺和精液标本,用PCR检测支原体,精液常规检测分析精液质量,检查结果根据WHO推荐的精液质量指标进行分析比较。结果解脲支原体感染的患者组其精液的量、精子密度、精子活动百分率、精子正常形态百分率平均分别为(2.50mL,30×106mL,37.50%,62.00%),其中精子的密度、精子活动百分率、精子正常形态百分率均显著低于未感染解脲支原体患者组(P<0.05)。精液的量与未感染解脲支原体患者组比较,差别无显著性(P>0.05)。结论解脲支原体感染的患者精液的部分主要质量参数较未感染解脲支原体患者明显降低,解脲支原体感染对精液的部分主要质量参数有一定影响。

[Objective] To probe the relationship between urealyticum ureaplasma infection and the quality of seminal plasma.[Method] The seminal plasmas of 64 cases were analyzed for quality using routine examination and the urealyticum ureaplasma in prostatic fluids of 64 cases were detected using PCR, and the data were compared with seminal quality parameters recommended by WHO. [Result] The results showed that the volume of seminal plasma, sperm density, sperm activity rate and normal formative rate of urealyticum ureaplasma positive group were 2.50 mL, 37.50×106, 37.00%, 62.00% respectively; The sperm density, sperm activity rate, normal figuration rate of the urealyticum ureaplasma positive group were significant lower than the normal control; There was no significant difference in the volume of semial plasma between the urealyticum ureaplasma positive group and negative group. (P>0.05). [Conclusion] The main parameters of seminal plasma of urealyticum ureaplasma positive patients are significantly lower than negative group; the infection of urealyticum ureaplasma has some influence on the main parameters of seminal plasma.
