摘要
目的对家兔发情周期子宫组织结构的变化进行研究,探讨雌性哺乳动物进入初情期后是否在下丘脑-垂体-卵巢轴激素调节下出现周期性变化。方法采用常规组织学切片技术,利用显微镜观察不同时期子宫内膜的上皮和腺体的变化。结果休情期和发情后期子宫腺的密度和数量显著高于发情前期和发情期;子宫内膜亦由高而密的假复层纤毛柱状上皮逐渐演变为矮而疏的单层柱状上皮。结论家兔在每一发情周期过程中,在激素的作用下,子宫发生有规律的周期性变化,对受精、植入有着重要的意义。
[Objective] Research the change of rabbit's uterus texture during the oestrus cycle, and inquirc if the hypothalamic-hypophysis-ovary axle hormone's adjustment after they enter into the early oestrus period. [Method] Adopt routine histology technology of slices and use the microscope to observe the change of endometrium's epithelial and gland bodof different periods. [Result] The density and quantity of the uterusgland in stop he oestrus cycle andaftar the oestrus cycle are obviously higher them in the period of oestrus and it's early time; and the endometrium also gradually develops from the high and ense pseudostratified ciliated columnarepithelium into the short and spare simple columnor epithelium. [Conclusion] In the course of every oestrus cycle, and under the function of the hormone, the regular periodic change takes place in the rabbit's uterus. It has important meaning to fertilization and implantation.
