早期脐静脉瓣修补治疗胆管损伤

Repairing bile duct trauma with umbilical vein graft in early days

目的探讨早期以脐静脉瓣修补治疗胆管损伤的疗效。方法通过与单纯吻合术对比,比较两种术式的近、远期并发症发生率、再手术率,并作统计学分析。结果早期脐静脉瓣修补术的并发症发生率特别是胆道狭窄的发生率、再手术率较单纯吻合术明显减少(P<0.05)。结论在早期胆道损伤中脐静脉瓣修补是一种理想的胆道修复手术,值得推广。

[Objective] To explore the cure effect of the umbilical vein graft repair on the bile duct injury in early term. [Method] Compared with simple anastomosis, the rate of complications and veoperation of unibilical veingraft on bile duct trauma in near future and long-term was analysed. [Result] Rate of complications espical bile stricture and repperation in umbilical vein graft group decreased compared with simple anastomisis group. [Conclusion] In early period the bile duct reconstruction with the umbilical vein graft is a good procedure to repair bile duct defects and is worthy of expansion.
