现代企业管理纵向流程的研究

THE RESEARCH ABOUT THE APPLICATION OF THE VERTICAL FLOW METHOD IN MODERN ENTERPRISE

在对现代企业横向关系研究完善的情况下,笔者提出应重视企业管理的纵向流程研究。即应根据企业发展的不同时期分别采取不同的管理思想。笔者把纵向流程研究分为基础性管理阶段、人性化管理阶段、团队式管理阶段,并进而阐述了这三个阶段各自对应的阶段任务、人性假设、组织结构及管理方式。

With the study of horizontal relations in modern enterprise, the author believes the vertical flow method should be emphasized.That is to say, we should adopt different strategy of management during the different developing period of enterprise.The vertical flow method is divided into three stages :fundamental management stage, humanistic management stage and teamwork management stage.Further, the corresponding stage task, human nature hypothesis ,the organization structure and the pattern of management are explained respectively.
