摘要
在智能交通系统(IntelligentTransportationSystem,ITS)中,空间数据库的实现和访问至关重要。随着ITS的发展,基于传统的纯关系型数据库设计的空间数据库系统,其属性数据和空间数据是分开存储的,难以满足新型ITS在内容、数量、类型、关系等方面高速增长的要求。为此一些数据库厂商对传统的关系型数据库技术进行了扩充,并推出了一序列新的数据库产品,如Oracle公司的Oracle8i,真正实现了属性数据和空间数据统一存储和管理。该文结合实际ITS信息系统开发,分析了Oracle8i的数据库技术--OracleSpatial,提出了一种基于OracleSpatial的ITS空间数据库的实现及访问方法。
<Abstrcat>Within the Intelligent Transportation System (ITS), the storage and accessing of spatial database are very important. With the development of ITS ,spatial database system based on traditional relational database, whose attribute data and spatial data separately store, can't meet the requirement of novel ITS high increasing in terms of content ,amount ,type and relation. So traditional relational database technology is expanded by some database manufacturer, then, a series of new database products are emerged, such as Oracle8i of Oracle Corporation which put two types of data together in RDBMS truly. With the practical development of ITS information system, this paper analyses the database technology of Oracle8i-- Oracle Spatial, at the same time, a realization and accessing method of ITS spatial database based on Oracle Spatial is presented.
