我国食用海藻加工利用的现状及问题

Status and Problems on Edible Seaweeds Processing and Utilization in China

海藻是我国的重要海洋资源,但在海藻食品的开发加工及利用上尚有许多问题亟待解决。文中针对目前我国海藻食品开发加工的现状,进行了较为系统全面的分析,并提出了今后发展的思路。

Seaweed is an important marine resource in China. But there are many problems need to be solved on seaweed's food processing and utilization in China. In this paper, the status of seaweeds processing and exploitation were analyzed, and the opinions for the development of seaweed processing and utilization were proposed.
