摘要
针对转炉连铸坯轧制建筑结构用无缝钢管的炼钢工艺及轧管工艺进行了研究;根据建筑结构用管各钢种的机械性能要求,制定了相应的控冷、控轧的工艺,实现了转炉坯轧制建筑结构用无缝钢管的大批量生产。
The study focused on steel-making and rolling process of seamless steel tube for architectural construction purpose with the employment of continuous casting converter billet,scheme of correspond controlled-rolling process was established based on mechanical property requirements of various steel grade for architectural construction purpose,volume-productions of seamless steel tube for architectural construction purpose were carried out with the employment of continuous-casting converter billet.
