新形势下国有企业人才战略探讨

摘要 随着我国市场经济体制的逐步确立和知识经济的到来,人才的竞争越来越激烈,国有企业面临着巨大的竞争压力。一方面是企业技术人才的短缺和引进人才的艰难,一方面却是企业人才的大量外流。新形势下国有企业确立和实施全新的切实可行的人才战略,对企业的健康发展极为重要。本文结合安钢的实际,就国有企业在新形势下应采取的人才战略,谈了一些粗浅的看法。 With the gradual establishment of the market economy and the intellectual economy's coming,the talent challenge is becoming more and more intense,and the state-owned enterprises are facing the big challenge pressure.On one hand,the enterprises are short of the talent they need;on the other hand,lots of the talent drain away from them.Under the new situation,it's important for the state-owned enterprises to set up the completely new and practical talent strategy in order to make sure that the enterprises can develop healthily and steadily.In this paper,the author trys to give some simple opinions about the personnel stratagem that a state enterprise should take at the new society situation according to the practice of Angang.
