鱼腥草外用联合克拉霉素治疗生殖道解脲支原体感染疗效观察

The Use of Houttuynia together with Clarithromycin in Curing Ureaplasma Urealyticum Infection

目的观察鱼腥草外用联合克拉霉素治疗生殖道解脲支原体感染疗效。方法将对克拉霉素敏感的生殖道解脲支原体患者分为两组,治疗组用鱼腥草外用宫颈管冲洗加口服克拉霉素治疗,对照组只口服克拉霉素治疗,并比较其疗效。结果鱼腥草外用联合克拉霉素治疗组较只用克拉霉素治疗组的疗效明显提高(P<0.05)。结论鱼腥草可用于治疗生殖道解脲支原体感染。

Objectives This investigation was performed to explore the curative effect of ureaplasma urealyticum infection in the genital tract by using houttuynia together with clarithromycin .Methods This experiment was performed by dividing patients of ureaplasma urealyticum infection into model group and comparison group. Patients in the model group were treated by taking clarithromycin orally accompanied by washing the cervix with houttuynia. On the contrary,patients in the comparison group only took clarithromycin orally. Then the results of the two groups were to be compared.Results The curative effect of ureaplasma urealyticum infection by using houttuynia together with clarithromycin was obviously increased (P<0.05).Conclusions Houttuynia can be used to treat ureaplasma urealyticum infection in the genital tract.
