摘要
本文对黄牡丹进行了核型分析。其染色体数目和核型公式为:K(2n)=10=6m(2SAT)+2sm+2st(SAT),其中在第3和第5对染色体的短臂上具有微型随体。并与已报道的野牡丹、紫斑牡丹和矮牡丹的核型分析资料进行了比较,对它们的关系进行了初步探讨。
The analysis of karyotype of an endangered plant endemic to China, Paeonia delavayi var. lutea is presented. The karyotype formula is K(2n)=10=6m (2SAT)+2sm+2st(SAT). The micro-satellites are on the short arms of 3rd and 5th pairs of chromosomes. According to the Stebbins' classification of karyotype asymmetry, the karyotype belongs to'2A' type.
Based on the comparison of propotional length of chromosomes of P. delavayi var. lutea with that of other plants in section Moutan, we discussed the interspecific relationship and presented cytological evidence of subsection division in section Moutan.
