摘要
从分子水平角度对改性PEU LCP复合膜的合成进行设计,TNI及复钙、溶血、血小板粘附试验测定表明:一定质量比的LCP与PEU进行共混交联复合,其复合膜的血液相容性及物理机械性能得到极大的改善。这说明,这种设计合成路线是可行的。
In this study we have designed and synthesized PEU/LCP composite membrane in terms of molecular level,the test of T_(NI)(phase transition temperature)and recalcifying, red cell solving and platelet-adsorbing show:it is feasible for this method by which poly(ether-urethane) was blended with side chain liquid crystalline polymer in constant proportionality to form excellently anticoagulant composite membranes, at the same time keeping good mechanical performances.
