医源性骨质疏松症6例分析

IATROGENIC OSTEOPORSIS:SIX CASE REPORTS

医源性骨质疏松是一种较常见的继发性骨质疏松，见于长期大量应用糖皮质激素治疗的病人，本文中６例分别为支气管哮喘２例、类风湿性关节炎２例、皮肤病１例、胶原病１例，男女各３例，年龄２９～４６岁，糖皮质激素治疗原发病期限１～３．５年，平均１．５６年，除１例用氟美松（每日０．７５ｇ）外，余５例均用泼尼松（每日１５～３０ｍｇ）经过改用激素隔日疗法，加用钙剂、维生素Ｄ，随访１年，６例患者矿物质含量增加，生化指标好转。

atrogenic osteoporsis is a very common seeondory osleoporosis is found in patients treated with large dosage of glucocortieosteroid of long duration,Six cases listed in this article including 2 cases of bronchial asthma,2 cases of bronchial asthma,2 cases of rheumatoid arthitis,1 case of skindiesase and 1 case of callagenosis(three male patients and three female patients).The age is from 27- 46.The dura-tion of treatmert of primary disease with glucocortieosteroid is 1 to 3.5 years,with the average of 1.56 years.With the exception of one case treated with Dexamethasone one of 0.75g daily, the other 5 cases are treated with predinisone of 5-30mg daily. After they treated with hormone every other day and added Calcium and vitamin D and follewed up 1 year, the mineral contents in the bone of all 6 patients are increased and the biochemistry indexes are improved.
