基因重组人粒细胞集落刺激因子防治肺癌患者化疗反应 被引量:39

CLINICAL STUDY OF RECOMBINANT HUMAN GRANULOCYTE COLONY-STIMULAING FAC-TOR (RHG-CSF)ON LEUCOPENIA INDUCED BY CHEMOTHERAPY WITH CE REGIMEN ON LUNG CANCER PATIENTS

摘要 采用随机分组、自身交叉对比的方法,观察了基因重组人粒细胞集落刺激因子(Recombinanthumangranulocytecolony-stimulatingfactor,rhG-CSF)对肺癌患者化疗(卡铂+鬼臼乙叉甙,即CE化疗方案)所致白细胞和中性粒细胞减少的防治作用及毒副反应。全组共22例,随机分成A、B两组(各11例)。A组第一周期化疗后加用rhG-CSF,第二周期单用化疗;B组第一周期单用化疗,第二周期化疗后加用rhG-CSF。结果表明,rhG-CSF可以明显减轻化疗过程中白细胞和中性粒细胞下降的程度及其发生率,缩短白细胞和中性粒细胞降至正常值以下的持续时间,促进其早日恢复,使化疗可以如期进行。rhG-CSF副反应轻微,安全可靠。 he authors have studied the efficacy and safety of recombihant human granulocyte colony-stimu-lating factor(rhG-CSF, Granocyte Injection) On leucopenia and neutropenia induced by chemotherapy with regimen CE (Carboplatin and Etoposide) in lung cancer patients in a randomized,matched and cross-over clinicaI trial.The total enrolled patients were twenty-two. They were randomized into A and B groups(11 pa-tients in each group).Each patient received two cycles treatment. In group A chemotherapy and rhG-CSF were used in the first cycle and chemotherapy alone was used in the second cycle, while in group B chemotherapy alone was used in the first cycle and chemotherapy and rhG-CSF were used in the second cycle. The results showed that rhG-CSF significantly increased the number of white blood cell(WBC)and absolute neutrophil count(ANC)at the nadir, decreased incidence of leucopenia and neutropenia,and reduced the number of days with WBC<4.0x 10 ̄9/L, ANC<2. 5x10 ̄9/L as well as the number of days with WBC>4.0x10 ̄9/L and ANC>2.5 x 10 ̄9/L. rhG-CSF ensures the completion of chemothera-py and its side-effects were slight.
