自体骨髓移植治疗急性白血病临床研究

CLINICAL RESEARCH ON TREATMENT OF ACUTE LEUKEMIA WITH AUTOLOGOUS BONEMARROW TRANSPLANTATION

报道３８例急性白血病微波净化后自体骨髓移植结果。移植时中位年龄２６岁，均为初次缓解。经强烈放疗、化疗预处理后移植。移植后中位持续缓解时间２１个月，中位无病生存期３５个月。４例移植后于３～８个月复发死亡，２例分别于１２、１５个月出现中枢神经系统白血病，治疗后仍存活。全组患者５年无病生存率及复发率分别为６７．８％及１６．８％。

8 cases of acute leukemia were treated with autologous bone marrow transplantation(ABMT).Themarrow was purged with hyperthermia of 42℃ in vitro for one hour in microwave。Twenty-two amongthem were AML(CR_1).Sixteen were ALL(CR_1)。The mean age was 26( 10-43)years. All the pa-tients were engrafted successfully after ABMT. Mean DFS was 21 (3-69)months. Four cases relapsed at3 to 8 months after ABMT. Two patients with ALL developed central nervous system leukemia at 12 and15 months respectively after ABMT. The DFS and probability of relapse at 5 years were 6 7.8%and 16.8%respectively for all patients.
