本文通过采用离子注入技术对铝表面进行强化处理,研究了各种不同N+离子的注入剂量与表面硬度的关系,从而确定离子注入表面处理的最佳工艺条件,同时用金属物理的理论结合离子注入的物理过程对实验结果进行了初步探讨。
