人才是科技进步和社会发展的桥梁,人才资源开发时新成立的崇左市尤为重要,作者通过对崇左市人才现状进行深入调查,针对存在的问题,侧重从实践和可操作方面提出对策建议。
Talent is the bridge leading to sci-tech progress and society development. The development of talent supplies is especially important to Chongzuo, a newly-founded city. After making a deep investigation into its present talent situation, on the base of the current problems, the author mainly puts forward policies and proposals which are practical and operational.
