同位素掺入标记法测定白念珠菌粘附的研究

Study on the Adherence of Candida albicans by Isotope Labelling

用３Ｈ－亮氨酸掺入标记白念珠菌（白念）放射计数法（ＲＣ）和菌落形成单位培养法（ＣＦＵ），对比地测定了白念不同细胞浓度的活菌数和其对小鼠肠上皮细胞粘附的变化。结果证实，两法呈平行相关。提示ＲＣ法适合定量测定白念粘附的研究，可作为大样本粘附试验的测定方法，具有快速、简便及精确等优点。

In this paper, the quantities of live and adherent yeasts-of 3H leucine labelled C. albicans to epithelial cells of intestinal mucosa of mouse were determined and compared with colony forming unit (CFU) determination. The results indicated that the quantities of C. albicans and the adherent yeasts determined by the both methods were correlated. Isotope labelling can be used in the quantitation of adherence of C. albicans, especially for large sample size, it is fast,simple and accurate.
