摘要
本文主要研究了在RSTR平推流反应器中环氧丙烷水合制丙二醇的反应选择性与反应压力、水比、pH值之间的关系。在CSTR全混釜中测定环氧丙烷水合制丙二醇动力学参数并用计算机线性回归的方法得出其动力学关联式,进而研究反应温度对反应选择性的影响。
In this paper we studied the relationship between the reaction choice and reaction pressure, water ratio as well as PH value in the preparation of prepanediol by the hydration of the propylene oxide within Batch Stired Tank Reactor(BSTR). The kinetic formulation was obtained by the prepanediol in the Conti-nus Stirer Tank Reactor (CSTR). The influence of the reaction temperature on the reaction choice had been discussed in this way.
