摘要
为提高ZnO在甲醇分部中的催化活性,以5A分子筛担载硝酸锌制备ZnO催化剂,并与碳酸锌直接分解制备ZnO的催化剂进行比较。发现前者的催化活性比后者高出很多,且克服了后者在实验中的许多不足。考查了分子筛担载硝酸锌制备ZnO的条件,确定出最佳焙烧温度与焙烧时间;所得催化剂的最高催化活性达76%。
In order to increase the catalytic activity of ZnO in the reaction of methanol decomposition,ZnO catalyst was prepared by heating Zn(NO3)2 which was carried by 5A molecular sieve, and compared with the catalyst prepared by decomposing ZnCO3 directly. The effects indicated that the catalytic activity of the first one is much higher than the second, and can overcome some disadvantages the second reflects during the experiment. The condition of preparatong ZnO by 5A molecular sieve carrying Zn(NQ3)2 was investigated, and the best preparatory temperature and time-period were determined. The highest catalytic activity under the best preparatory condition is 76 %.
