摘要 目的研究双酚A(BPA)对小鼠的生殖和发育毒性。方法选择健康性成熟清洁级、体重22~26g昆明种小鼠128只,随机分为48、120、240mg/kgBPA染毒组和花生油溶剂对照组,每组雌、雄各16只,实验方法及观察指标按美国国家环境保护署(EPA)推荐大小鼠生育力试验的标准方法进行。结果从染毒120mg/kgBPA组始,小鼠附睾精子计数、活精率、生育指数和妊娠率随染毒剂量增加而下降,而精子畸形率随染毒剂量增加而升高(均P<0.05或0.01),交配指数仅240mg/kgBPA组下降(P<0.05),从染毒剂量48mg/kg组始,着床前死亡率、吸收胎率、死胎率均随染毒剂量增加而升高,而活胎率随剂量增加而下降,与对照组比较差异均有显著性或极显著性(P<0.05或0.01)。结论结果表明BPA可能对小鼠具有生殖和发育毒性。 Objective To study the effects of bisphenol A (BPA) on reproductive and developmental toxicities in mice . Methods 128 KM mice (22~26 g) were equally divided into 4 groups (16 male and 16 female for each group), including vehicle control ( earthnut oil ) and 3 BPA treatment groups (48, 120 and 240 mg/kg, respectively). Mice were administered by gavage. Fertility tests were performed followed the procedure recommended by EPA. Results Sperm number , sperm vitality , fertility index and pregnancy rate decreased, while the rate of deformed sperm increased in a dose-dependent manner at the doses of 120 and 240 mg/kg BPA (P<0.05 or P<0.01) . However, mating index decreased at the dose of 240 mg/kg BPA only (P<0.05). The rate of pre-implantation death, resorption and dead fetuses increased with the doses were raised, while the rate of live fetuses decreased, showing significant differences compared with those of the control (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion The results showed that BPA could induce reproductive and developmental toxicities in mice.
