胰、十二指肠及肾一期联合移植（附一例报告）

Combined Kidney and Pancreaticoduodenal Transplantation in One Diabetics Patient With End-Stage Kidney Disease

本文报告１例Ⅰ型糖尿病并发尿毒症患者行胰、十二指肠及肾一期联合移植。术后移植物及肾功能恢复良好，停用胰岛素，血肌酐（Ｃｒ）、尿素氮（ＢＵＮ）降至正常，术后１周并发胰周脓肿，经引流痊愈。故认为胰肾一期联合移植可同时纠正糖尿病和尿毒症。

In this thesis, We have performed combined kidney and pancreaticoduodenal transplantation in One Type I diabetics patient with end-stage kidney disease. Immediately postoperation. The pancreatic and the renal graft regained normal function and became insulin- independent. The serum creatinine and BUN decreased to a normal levels.The peripancreatic abscess was noticed within 7 days after the operation and surgical drains was performed, the patient was perfectly recoverd from his illness. Combined pancreas-kidney transplantation is the treatment of diabetica and nephropathy.
