论高校系(部)资料室与图书馆的融通互动

On the effective cooperation between the reference rooms and the university libraries

高等学校的系(部)资料室是全校文献保障体系的组成部分,与高校图书馆一起共同为高校教学科研服务。目前传统管理体制带来的弊端日渐明显,影响了高校图书馆系统融通互动。本文结合可持续发展的时代要求、制约因素及融通互动的措施展开了新探讨。并从改革两级管理体制、人事归口动态管理、岗位轮换、提高图书馆员综合素质等方面提出了设想。

Reference rooms are part of the document-safeguarding system, just next to libraries they serve teaching and research in universities and colleges. At present traditional management has resulted in many disadvantages hindering effective cooperation between these two parts. With reference to the contemporary demand of continual development, in this paper the author has made investigations on present constraints in this cooperation, and assumes effective measures be taken in the respects of polar management system, dynamic personnel management, post alternating practice and improvement of the librarians' overall qualities and so on.
