彩色多普勒超声诊断下肢深静脉血栓形成

The Color Doppler Diagnosis of Deep Venous Thrombosis of the Lower Limbs

目的:评价下肢深静脉血栓形成的彩色多普勒超声诊断价值。方法:对60例下肢深静脉血栓形成的病例,以实时二维和加压探头观察,彩色血流显示和频谱多普勒检测,观察血栓形成的部位、范围及栓塞程度。结果:左下肢血栓42例,右下肢血栓17例,双下肢血栓1例。完全性栓塞95部位,不完全性栓塞23部位。结论:彩色多普勒超声诊断下肢深静脉血栓形成无创、准确、高度敏感。

Objective:To evaluate the significance of the color doppler flow imaging diagnosis for deep venous thrombosis of the lower extremity. Method: 60 cases of deep venous thrombosis of the lower extremity were examined by the color doppler flow imaging. The degree, position and size of infarction were detected. Result: Left lower extremity venous thrombosis were detected in 42 cases, ,right in 17 cases, complete infarction in 95 position ,incomplete infarction in 23 position. Conclusion: The color doppler flow imaging is a noninvasive, exact and sensitive method for diagnosing deep venous thrombosis.
