摘要
目的:观察抚触对婴儿生长发育的影响。方法:将120例正常足月新生儿,随机分成两组,观察组与对照组各60例。观察组新生儿每天进行抚触2次,每次15min,42d后观察其效果,并与对照组对比分析。结果:观察组婴儿摄入奶量高于对照组,观察组婴儿在头围,身长,体重方面有显著性P<0.01并且观察组的婴儿觉醒,睡眠节律更好,反应也更灵敏。结论:抚触可促进婴儿生长发育和神经系统的发育。
Objective: To observe the influence of the growth to the dauted infants. Method: 120 normal infants were randomly divided into two average teams. The observed infants were dauted 2 times everyday,15 minutes each and contrasted with the comparison team after 42days. Result: The observed infants drunk milk more than the comparison team . The observed infants were notable in the head round, height and the weight. Conclusion: The dauting can promote the growth of body and the nervous system of infant.
