传染病区危害因素对医护人员的影响及预防

The Prevention of Dangers Affecting Medical Staff in Infections Diseases Wards

目的:探讨传染病区各种感染因素和不良环境因素对医护人员的影响。方法:采用问卷的方法对90名医护人员进行调查。结果:95%人员因各种穿刺而接触血液,98%人员因胸腹穿刺等操作而接触体液和分泌物,100%人员因与病人交谈时接触飞沫和唾液。结论:针对不同情况采取积极有效的措施来预防各种危害因素对医护人员的影响。

Objective: To explore the effects endangering medical staff in the infectious wards. Method: To investigate 90 medical staff in the way of questionnaire. Result: 95% of the candidates contact with blood due to perforations,98% with body fluid and excretion due to perforations on chest and belly,100% with saliva in communication with patients.Conclusion: Effective and positive measures should be taken to protect medical staff from the dangerous effects in infectious wards.
