摘要
目的:总结颅脑损伤急诊手术的配合经验,提高手术成功率。方法:2003年至2004年间在本院进行的42例颅脑损伤急诊手术中,医护人员熟悉和掌握颅脑手术的程序和步骤,各司其职,默契配合,保证手术顺利进行。结果:手术成功38例,死亡3例,自动出院1例。结论:手术室护士必须有良好的心理素质、高度的责任心、熟练的急救技术和应急能力,在最短时间内备齐所需物品,手术过程中要与医生同步,相互配合,确保手术顺利完成。
Objective: Summarizing the cooperating experience of the brain-damage emergency treatment in order to advance the success rate. Method: In 42 case of brain-damage surgery from 2003 to 2004, the doctors and nurses were on top of following the surgery process, cooperated well and ensured the surgery going on wheels. Result: The successful cases are 38, and the deaths are 3. One case is leaving hospital automatically. Conclusion: The nurses of operating room should have good psychological quality, high sense of responsibility and skilled first-aid technique. So they could prepare all things needed in shortest time and cooperate with the doctors well to complete the operation.
