E-Q根管充填系统的临床评价

Clinical evaluation of E-Q endodontic obturation system

目的:评价E Q根管充填系统的充填质量和近期疗效。方法:收集成人牙髓病及根尖周病患者75例,随机分为3组,每组25例;通过X线和临床观察比较E Q根管充填系统(包括A组:固核载体插入技术,B组:热牙胶旋转推入技术)和冷牙胶侧方加压充填技术(C组)的充填时间、充填质量和近期疗效。结果:根管充填时间以C组最多,B组次之,A组最少(P<0. 05);术后疼痛发生率,根充类型X线片评价和近期疗效评价各组的差别无统计学意义。结论:E Q根管充填系统可以快速、简便地完成根管充填,临床近期疗效与侧方加压技术相比拟。

Objective: To assess the obturation quality and the short t erm therapeutic efficiency of E-Q system of endodontic obturation technique. Methods:75 patients with pulpitis or periapical periodontitis were divided into three groups with 25 cases in each group. Root-canal therapy was conducted with solid-core carry insertion technique (group A),thermomechanical compaction technique (group B) and cold lateral condensation technique (group C) respectively.Then the time of filling process, the obturation quality and the s hort term clinical therapeutic efficiency of the treatment were assessed by radi ography and clinical observation. Results:The time (min) of fill ing process in group A,B and C was 2.2,2.4 and 3.9(P<0.05),the number of cas es with postobturation pain 2,1 and 1 (P>0.05),those with overfilling 3,2 an d 2 (P>0.05),with underfilling 1,4 and 2(P>0.05),respectively.Failure of the treatment was observed in 1,2 and 2 cases in group A,B and C(P>0.05) re spectively.Conclusion:E-Q system is rapid, simple and effective in root canal therapy.
