The concept, features, characteristics, capital structure, capital channel, implement process of project financing were introduced, and problems deserves attention in project financing were also introduced with the examples of Shanghai Secco, Yangzi-BASF, Yueyang Shell core gasification and Jiangsu Shell Petroleum marketing project.
