The Principle and Applications of Translinear Circuits

摘要 跨导线性电路是电流模式电路中应用非常广泛的电路形式,可以用于分析和构造很多实用的电路。文中介绍了跨导线性的基本原理,给出了几种用双极型晶体管和MOS管实现的跨导线性电路形式。最后给出了跨导线性电路在电流模式电路中的应用实例。 Translinear circuits are a kind of current mode circuits and are widely used in the analog circuits design.This paper introduces the basic principles of translinear circuits and its development.Several forms of translinear circuits implemented with bipolor transistors or MOS transistors are introduced.Some application examples of translinear principle in current mode circuits are given out.
