麻疯树籽油溶剂萃取脱酸工艺的研究 被引量:29

摘要 用溶剂萃取麻疯树籽油中的游离脂肪酸,以降低其酸值。通过实验得到的最佳工艺条件为:以甲醇为溶剂,油与甲醇比为1∶2.0(W/V),温度32℃,萃取次数4次,每次萃取时间10min。在最佳条件下可将低温压榨麻疯树籽毛油酸值从10.48mgKOH/g降低到0.47mgKOH/g,基本达到后续工序对油品质的要求。该工艺与常规的碱炼脱酸相比,操作简单,毛油炼耗大大降低,且萃取后的甲醇可回收再利用,同时可直接得到质量好的副产品脂肪酸,有利于后续工序的进行。 Jatropha curcas L.seed oil was deacidified by extracting with solvent.The results showed that the optimum conditions were as follows:methyl alcohol as the solvent,the ratio of oil to methyl alcohol 12.0(W/V),extraction temperature 32,extracting 4 times for once 10 min.The AV can be reduced from 10.48 mgKOH/g to 0.47 mgKOH/g under these conditions,which reaches the requisition for oil of the follow-up process.Compared with routine alkali neutralization,its operation is simple and the oil loss is reduced greatly,and the methyl alcohol can be recovered.It can get the by-product of fatty acid with high quality at the same time.
